These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the PeekCam AI application ("App") published by Veysel Tekes (TKS Apps). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License
The App is licensed, not sold, to you for use strictly in accordance with these Terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated by reference. Where these Terms conflict with Apple's standard EULA, Apple's EULA governs to the extent of the conflict.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law.
- Use the App to violate the privacy or rights of others, including recording individuals without appropriate consent.
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the App.
3. PeekCam AI Pro subscription
Certain features — including AI background removal, face auto-tracking, preset and custom backgrounds, watermark removal, and unlimited custom presets — require a PeekCam AI Pro subscription, offered as an auto-renewing subscription priced at $39 USD per year (price may vary by region and is shown in your local currency at purchase).
- Free trial: A 3-day free trial may be offered to new subscribers. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it automatically converts to a paid auto-renewing subscription of $39 USD/year.
- Auto-renewal: The subscription renews automatically through your Apple ID at $39 USD/year (or the then-current local price) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancel anytime: You can cancel at any time in System Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions (or App Store → Subscriptions). After cancelling, your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period and you are not charged again.
- Refunds: All purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies. We cannot directly issue refunds for App Store transactions.
4. Intellectual property
The App, including its design, code, branding, and preset content, is owned by Veysel Tekes / TKS Apps and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or branding.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all hardware or software configurations.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Veysel Tekes / TKS Apps be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
7. Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your rights under these Terms terminate automatically if you fail to comply with them. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the App.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions, except where superseded by mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction or by Apple's EULA.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
